As Senior Strategic Assistant, Celeste Navarro represents the new generation of financial thinking within Alfa Valor. With training from NYU Stern, Columbia University and LSE, and CFA, CAIA and FRM certifications, she brings academic rigor and practical experience in emerging markets, ESG and quantitative analysis.
Before joining Alfa Valor in 2023, she worked at Alvarez & Marsal (New York) and BlackRock (London), where she participated in asset restructuring and capital flow optimization projects. Today, Celeste is the bridge between Santiago's quantitative models and the language of institutional clients.
